The Spokey Egir 20 dumbbell set is a universal solution for people who plan to work on whole body muscles. It can be used for both upper body and leg exercises (squats with a dumbbell).
QUALITY
We set high standards in front of our equipment, which is why we make every effort to use the highest quality materials to make it.
CONVENIENCE
The non-slip structure of the handle increases the safety and comfort of the neck. The dumbbells are sold in a set, which consists of two rods, 4 screws and discs: 4 discs 0.5 kg, 4 discs 1.25 kg, 4 discs 2.5 kg. Thanks to this the user gets a ready solution and can immediately start training. The ability to add and remove loads allows you to adjust the weight of the dumbbells in accordance with the training goals.
TECHNOLOGY
Thread Axis - Axis ends are designed to screw the loaded weight and therefore do not slip during the exercise.
Screw clamps Properly tightened screw clamps so that the loads placed on the bar are fixed stably and do not slip.
PURPOSE Designed for home exercises. During training with dumbbells (with or without loads), the muscles of the whole body work. Depending on the exercises performed, muscles of the upper or lower body, back and abdomen may be more strongly activated, which may result in the reduction of adipose tissue, strengthening of muscle mass and improvement of the condition.
