Slice first, then enjoy: Use the cheese slices from the Profi Plus series of WMF to skim fine slices of cheese off semi-hard cheese and hard cheese. Tip: always slice cheese when it is fresh – this stops it from drying out and it will look better and taste better. The classy cheese slices made from durable Cromargan® stainless steel can also be used to slice chocolate or nougat.

The Profi Plus series is a range of matching, practical kitchen utensils for every activity and type of preparation.
