A fully equipped gym should include dumbbells and a barbell. In a home gym, however, saving space is very important. The ideal solution is therefore
the 2 in 1 set from HMS STC30.

STC30 HMS is a set of two dumbbells with exchangeable weight, from which, thanks to a special connection, you can create a barbell. Such an innovative solution allows you to save space and significantly expands the range of exercise possibilities compared to the usual set of dumbbells. The very process of converting a dumbbell into a barbell is very simple and does not take much time. With the
STC30 HMS set at your disposal , it is possible to perform exercises for all muscle groups in various configurations.

The HMS brand is primarily the highest quality materials, and this is also the case here.
STC30 is made of chrome steel, the main feature of which is very high durability. This makes it possible to use the equipment for years. There is rubber on the handles of the dumbbells, which guarantees a firm and comfortable grip. The connector used to create the bar is covered with a sponge, which is very useful, for example, during squats, because thanks to it, there is no discomfort caused by the pressure of the bar on the back.

The undoubted advantage
of the STC30 is that it fits in the suitcase that was included in the kit. This allows you to easily perform the training not only at home, but anywhere else. In addition, the suitcase guarantees order and space-saving.

The HMS kit is suitable for both advanced and novice users. Start exercising today, the
