Be to, jis yra susietas su jūsų maršruto parinktuvu, todėl sistema būna prijungta prie interneto, o jūs ją galite valdyti ir naudotis kitomis išmaniosiomis funkcijomis ir nebūdami namie. Sistemos „Philips Hue“ duomenų šakotuvas „Bridge“ yra kiekviename baziniame sistemos „Philips Hue“ komplekte. Jį galite įsigyti ir atskirai, todėl galėsite sukonstruoti nuosavą sistemą „Philips Hue“.
