The Shimano NEXAVE FI reel is an affordable reel offering high quality work. To meet the expectations of fishermen looking for a specialized spinning reel at a low price.

A novelty, the Shimano Nexave FI reel, a universal size spinning reel and float. Ideally suited as a chub, trout, ides or simply universal reel. The larger size of the Nexave FI reel can be easily used with feeder and heavy spinning. A novelty from Shimano for 2021, the Nexave FI reel is a refreshed version of the so far known Nexave FE reel.

Shimano Nexave FI reels are inexpensive equipment for anglers who are just starting to fish and want to get to know Shimano's quality better, i.e. smooth and precise operation. 4 good quality bearings in combination with an aluminum spool and crank make this model an absolute leader in its price class.

4 thermally hardened, corrosion-resistant bearings
A spool with an A-RC edge, refined in terms of making longer and more accurate throws
G-Free Body technology, i.e. a perfectly balanced construction with a shifted center of gravity, which makes the reel seem lighter and less tiring for the hand during long fishing
Aluminum spool and crank, and a completely new design of the reel
A reel visually ideally suited to the rods from the new Shimano Nexave series
