Unlocked multiplier
The processor has an unlocked multiplier, which means you can freely overclock its performance. A unit with an unlocked multiplier can, thanks to overclocking, achieve much higher clock speeds than standard, which translates into an increase in its performance. OEM packaging version
A processor in OEM packaging is a full-fledged unit at an attractive price, which results from the specificity of the packaging. Most often it is a replacement packaging or blister, not the factory box. The OEM version processor does not come with accessories such as cooling or thermal paste - they must be purchased separately.
