The HHW01 HMS is an adjustable hula hoop with vibration-absorbing nubs and a gravity ball for fitness. Allows you to train and massage your waist 360 degrees at the same time. Thanks to the adjustable circuit, the HHW01 will never fall off during exercise, thanks to which home cardio training can be long and enjoyable, which is a guarantee of even faster and better results! How does HHW01 work?
The operation of the HHW01 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (weight) attached. When making circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force begins to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, introducing the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

Training and massage in one:
Through the performed 360-degree movement, the springs located in the heads located around the entire perimeter of the loop perfectly absorb overloads and adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant feeling. The three-dimensional massage technique quickly stimulates the muscles. Built-in tabs with a specially designed design have shock absorption for a comfortable workout. Dose the vibration intensity by the speed of rotation.

Circuit regulation:
In a quick and convenient way to reduce or increase the size of the wheel, just disconnect or connect as many elements as you need. HHW01 has a total of 24 elements. The size can be set in the range of 14 to 24 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 48cm to 106.5cm (loop diameter: 26cm to 45cm). Thanks to this, the device will never fall during training, so even beginners can use it.

Strap adjustment:
An additional advantage is the ability to change the length of the gravity ball belt. It ranges from 22cm to 38cm. The longer the bar, the greater the centrifugal force during exercise, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the difficulty level of rotation.

User comfort:
The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is mounted on ball bearings made of stainless steel. All this together makes the rotation flexible and uninterrupted, which further enhances the feeling of satisfaction during training. In addition, the gravity ball is covered with soft rubber, and the inside is filled with sand, thus increasing safety for the exerciser and the environment.

Compact size and easy installation:
The loop is opened with magnet clips. Then, to connect subsequent elements, slide one element into the other so that the protrusions fit into the appropriate holes. When reducing elements, grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze in such a way as to pull out the tabs from the holes. Then slide the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, close the clips with the magnet, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. In addition, thanks to its compact size, it is easy to carry, you can take this product anywhere with you.

Advantages of hula hoop training:
First of all, training with HHW01 will slim the belly and slim the waist. It will also contribute to the reduction of fat around the thighs and buttocks. Additionally, it will help strengthen the shoulder girdle and arms. Another advantage by strengthening the abdominal and torso muscles will be a clear improvement in the posture of the exerciser. Just half an hour of continuous training with the HHW01 corresponds to one hour of swimming and three hours of running!
