The BioChef Atlas Whole Slow Juicer is the first of a new generation in BioChef slow juicers. Having tested it against all the other major models in the market, we are considering it to be the world’s most innovative and technologically advanced slow juicer available today. With the benefits of consuming Cold pressed juice now being acknowledged by large portions of the world the team at BioChef have worked hard to develop a product which solved the continuous request for a machine that removes the need for prior preparation without compromising the quality of the juice it produces.

For the last 20 years customers have been asking us for simplicity. The BioChef Atlas Whole Juicer has a unique self-feeding mechanism that gently guides the produce down into the juicing chute towards the Auger. This new design features an 8cm x 8cm wide mouth chute and removes the need for pressure to be applied, which is something common with all other slow juicers in the market. You simply put the fruit or veggie into the chute and the juicer does the rest for you.

In our 20+ years experience we have found that over time continued pressure on a juicers parts can cause premature damage, so we are proud to offer a model that is now more resistant to this type of wear and tear. You will see from our video above the ease in which the BioChef Juicer deals with whole apples vs the competitors model, leaving no build up of pulp which often leads to a thick and slimy juice.

Along with its Whole apple Chute, the BioChef Atlas Whole Juicer also features the latest silicon blade design which allows pulp to move freely inside the bowl towards the pulp outlet significantly reducing the amount that falls into your juice. Also featuring on the BioChef Juicer is a juice valve that when in place keeps the juice inside the 500ml bowl, stirring the contents along the way.
Once you are finished making your juice these two parts combine to help you with your cleaning. Simply close the valve, pour in clean water and turn the machine on for 30 seconds. This will dislodge any extra pulp or juice residue which can be released either into a separate bowl or the sink.
