A healthy lifestyle is gaining more and more followers every year. Paying attention to what we eat, where we eat, and when we eat, is no longer just a matter for people on a diet, but a daily reality for all those who care about living long and healthy lives.
The new BSM701BT personal scales from Blaupunkt is therefore an ideal solution for those who want to enjoy their well-being for many years to come. It makes checking weight, as well as the content of fat or water in the body, problem free.
The BSM701BT, with its tissue-measurement function, has many solutions which provide the user with full knowledge of the body composition: the amount of fat, bone and muscle tissue, and body hydration. But that’s not all. These intelligent personal scales allow you to calculate the number of calories you need, so you know your daily demand for energy, which will let you plan healthy meals easily.
What's more, all this information is always at your fingertips. It is collected and processed by an app compatible with iOS 7.0 or Android 4.3 (or later), because the BSM701BT model features built-in Bluetooth 4.0 BLE, compatible with most of the currently available smartphones. A specially prepared mobile app (installed in the phone) allows you to track and analyse your measurements, and, consequently, adjust your diet and the training routine to the daily energy demand, and assess whether they bring the desired results. With this innovative solution, you can always carry your personal healthy-lifestyle advisor with you (at your fingertips).
