The Kailh switches are compatible with SMD LEDs and can be illuminated through the transparent housing. Thanks to the MX (+) connection, the switches can also be used in keyboards equipped with Cherry MX switches. To ensure the highest possible compatibility, Cherry MX keycaps are also compatible. With a lifespan of 70 million keystrokes, the Kailh switches are extremely durable.
The speed switches from Kailh are characterized by their particularly low release height, which enables extremely fast multiple clicks. The Kailh Speed Bronze button switches also emit a clearly audible click when pressed. Thanks to this combination, the bronze switches enable particularly fast multiple triggering, as the user receives acoustic feedback when triggered. A striking trigger weight of 40 grams is required for triggering, which gives them a higher fault tolerance compared to other Kailh speed switches. In addition, these key switches are also very suitable for writing.
