3 preset programmes

Why experiment with the cooking temperature, and waste time, risking boiling the water over or burning the meal? Amica hobs feature a solution which allows you to quickly set the right temperature for your needs. 42 ⁰C is the ideal temperature for melting butter or chocolate. 70 ⁰C is for warming soups and sauces. 94 ⁰C is for cooking pasta and rice. Savour the convenience!

Slider

Touching the sensor several times to increase or decrease the heating power is quite inconvenient. It’s especially inconvenient when you have to rapidly decrease the temperature, or the meal will otherwise boil over. To solve this problem, the Amica hobs are equipped with the Slider feature which allows you to quickly and smoothly regulate the hob settings. Just swipe your finger on the control panel. It’s easy, convenient, and useful!

Child Lock

It’s easy to accidentally turn the hob on or off when you’re occupied with various activities in the kitchen. especially if there are children in your home. To limit this risk, the Amica hobs are equipped with a special lock. Turn the lock, and you have full control. Safety of the household members above all!

Pro Baby System

No need to worry about your child turning the hob on or off, or changing its settings without you noticing. The risk of that is limited when you activate the control panel lock. Make your kitchen work feel safe, and convenient.

HeatControl

The function informs you whether the zone is hot after taking the pot off the hob. For temperatures above 60°C, the letter 'H' appears on the display panel. Between 45°C and 60°C, the letter 'h' appears. Make your kitchen work more safe!

Stop&Go

Need to leave the kitchen for some time? The useful Stop&Go function turns off all active zones, and remembers their settings at the same time. On your return, just press the sensor again and turn the hob on. The induction zones will be the same as before.

Timer

Specify how long the hob should run. When the time is up, the hob automatically turns off the heating zone, and beeps. Now you can use the Timer as an egg timer. With the Amica hobs, a soft-boiled egg won’t ever turn out to be hard-boiled. Have full control over time!

Rapid preheating

Before frying or cooking, you often need to warm the pan or pot up. The Amica induction hobs feature the Rapid preheating function which in short time warms the dish, and then adapts the heating power to your selected level.

Pan detection

Smart hob? Precisely! Choose the zone, place the pot, and the hob will adapt the heating surface to the pot’s shape and size. Using the hob becomes safer, and more economical, as it allows you to fully control the energy use.
