The single-function boiler is used to heat the water circulating in the central heating system. For the utility water heating function, it is required to connect to an external heater (tank). They do not work on the flow principle, but cooperate with a coil, which is a heat exchanger. The tank is a storage for hot water, and as soon as the temperature drops, the boiler will automatically heat the water to the desired temperature. This solution is perfect for places with many water intake points.

When using a boiler with a closed combustion chamber, air is taken from outside the building. Such a solution requires an appropriate air supply system to the boiler and exhaust fumes. The big advantage is that with this option, we can resign from supply air ventilation to the boiler room.
